5 Gallon Bottle Blow Molding Machine
5 Gllon bottle blow molding machine is ideal for bottling plants looking to manufacturing PET bottles on site and reducing cost and saving storage space. It is designed for 3 gallon, 5 gallon and other wide mouth bottles, speed of 75 bottles per hour can be achieved. Machine is manufactured with heavy duty tubular frame, infrared reheat units to achieve uniform heating throughout the wall of preform, special designed preform heating system to ensure the optimal heating effect for thick preform, special designed fan-cooling system in the heating channels to keep the oven with constant temperature and ensure the preform can be heated completely, microprocessor control for easing setting, easy to operate without special training, low cost maintaining.
5 gallon bottle stretch blow molding machine works a simple principle. The stretch blow molding process starts by loading preforms into the preheater. The preheater uses a variable speed track that moves the preforms through a heating tunnel. The heat tunnel has specially designed heating elements for a consistent heating operation with minimal maintenance.
When the preforms have made one trip through the preheater, they are manually loaded one at a time into the blow molder. Operator presses the two mould close buttons to close the mould which is specially designed for safety operation. After the bottle is formed in the blowing cycle, they are removed and the cycle continues.
